Nestled on my two-acre property just outside of Oakdale, The Little Country Studio was created as a peaceful space where families can slow down and simply be together. Surrounded by the quiet beauty of the countryside, the studio offers a relaxed, private setting for documenting some of life’s most meaningful seasons.

Designed with soft, neutral tones and natural textures, the space features warm beiges, creamy whites, wood floors, and exposed beams that create a cozy, timeless backdrop for your photos. Large windows fill the studio with beautiful natural light, allowing each session to feel calm, organic, and true to life.

Whether you’re welcoming a new baby, celebrating motherhood, or capturing your baby’s milestone moments, the studio was designed to feel comfortable and inviting — like a peaceful retreat from the busyness of everyday life.

In the days leading up to your session, we will finalize location and discuss any styling needs you have. I can send you outfit ideas, mood boards with your vision in mind. I will be here to answer any questions you have. If you need any links to outfits I can send you that information as well! Think of me as your photography bestie!

Prepare for your Session

I am going to let you in on a little secret. The best sessions are when my clients let go of any expectations and enjoy the moment. If your littles are grouchy, thats okay! The most important thing is to go with the flow. All of my sessions take place an hour to 45 minutes before sunset. The best advice I can give you for your littles is let them be little! You will be surprised how well these kiddos do in the late afternoons!

My turn around time is 2-3 weeks. Once you receive your online gallery I will send you a download pin to download all of your images. I recommend MPix for prints and for canvas size wood prints I recommend Smallwoods Home.
